OSTRA ADVOCATES FOR FAIR REGULATIONS

OSTRA, the Orem Short Term Rental Alliance, is an organization dedicated to advocating for fair and balanced regulations in the city of Orem, Utah. We aim to have a seat at the table to educate and learn with city officials while decisions are being made. As hosts, we value living in harmony within our neighborhoods and being an integral part of the community. Many of our hosts reside in their homes and rent out a portion of the space, allowing them to ensure that parking, noise, and other potential issues are under control, minimizing the impact of vacation rentals on the neighborhood. When managed correctly, the neighborhood won't even notice the presence of a vacation rental next door.
